At Rajahmundry Vantillu, all products are freshly prepared and purely homemade. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we follow a strict Returns & Refunds Policy. Please read the details carefully before placing an order.
📦 1. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is Damaged
- Product is Defective
- Incorrect item delivered
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused & unopened
- Must be in original packaging
- Should be in the same condition as delivered
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable food items (pickles, sweets, snacks, home foods)
- Taste preferences / personal dislikes
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Improper storage after delivery
📝 2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Share the following details:
- Order Number
- Clear images/videos of the product
- Reason for return
Our team will review the request and respond with approval/rejection.
💰 3. Refunds
If the return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the issue is from our side (damage/wrong item), full refund including shipping will be processed.
❌ 4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- Custom or bulk food orders cannot be cancelled once preparation begins.
🚚 5. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will arrange pickup/return shipping.
- If return is requested for any other approved reason, return shipping charges may apply to the customer.
